Dong Yang

Dong Yang is an accomplished leader in signal and speech/audio processing with a focus on developing advanced real-time denoise systems for mobile devices. They have held various roles, including Senior Speech Researcher at Tencent and Science and Technology Expert for the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. Their experience spans prominent organizations such as Alibaba and Conexant, where they contributed to groundbreaking algorithms in active noise cancellation and speech enhancement. Dong Yang pursued a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering at Ghent University and holds a Master’s Degree in the same field from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Currently, they manage a research team dedicated to speech signal processing and speech synthesis at Tencent.
