Irene Wang

Irene Wang is currently the Director of the Management Consulting Department at Tencent, where they provide management consulting services in leadership and organizational transformation. Previously, Irene held positions as a Consulting Manager at Aon Hewitt and Deloitte, managing project teams and consulting for various prominent clients in HR mechanisms and organizational change. They began their career as a Consultant at Zuoyou Human Resources Consultancy and also gained experience as an Auditor at PwC. Irene earned a master's degree from Peking University and holds a double bachelor's degree in Accounting and English Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
