James Yang is a creative and passionate game professional with over 20 years of experience in international gaming companies. Currently, James serves as Corporate VP at Samsung Electronics while previously leading global esports at IEG Global in Tencent Games from 2015 to 2026. James held the position of ChangYou Korea GM for a year and worked as a producer and game director at Tose (Shanghai) from 2004 to 2008. James also contributed to Electronic Arts as a Publishing Director from 2010 to 2013, managing key franchises like Battlefield Online and FIFA Online. Academically, James holds a Master’s degree in EMBA from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University.
