Johnny Lo

Johnny Lo has extensive experience in accounting and tax advisory, beginning with the Assistant Accountant II role at Tricor Services Limited from October 2003 to February 2005, where responsibilities included managing accounts for Representative Offices in the PRC and handling payroll for clients in Hong Kong and the PRC. From April 2005 to March 2021, Johnny served as Director of M&A Tax at EY, leading PRC tax due diligence for cross-border M&A transactions, providing tax planning and advisory, and conducting compliance work for clients. Currently, Johnny is the Associate Tax Director at Tencent, focusing on international tax matters related to investment acquisitions and dispositions. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
