Liang Chen

Liang Chen is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security management and research. Since January 2016, Liang has served as a Team Manager at Tencent, overseeing the research team in the Tencent Keen Security Lab. Liang has been a member of the GIAC Advisory Board since April 2012. Previously, Liang held the position of Chief Security Officer and Senior Security Researcher at KeenTeam, where notable achievements included winning the Mobile Pwn2Own 2013 iPhone competition. Liang's career also includes roles as Asia Regional Leader and IT Security Specialist at Morgan Stanley, focusing on threat management and vulnerability analysis. Earlier experience includes working as a Security Support Engineer at Microsoft and as an intern, contributing to the development of security analysis tools. Liang holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Security from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
