Lin Joanne

Lin Joanne is an experienced HR Director with over 15 years of in-house HR management across leading multinational corporations. They have successfully held leadership roles at organizations such as Tencent, AECOM, and iCarbonX, where they directed HR teams in various regions including China, the US, and Israel. Lin possesses extensive expertise in HR functions, including talent sourcing, performance management, and employee relations, and has demonstrated the ability to deliver strategic HR consultancy. They earned a Master’s Degree in EMBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education. Currently, Lin serves as the HR Director at Tencent’s TiMi Gaming Studio Group.
