Michael Hung

Michael Hung is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with over a decade of experience in law, technology, and innovation. They previously served as a Patent Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, where they prepared and prosecuted patent applications across various technologies. Currently, as Principal IP Counsel at Tencent America, Michael manages U.S. patent prosecution and supports the cloud technology and gaming divisions. Michael also has experience as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where they examined semiconductor device and manufacturing method applications. They are pursuing degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Law from the State University of New York at Binghamton and Seton Hall University School of Law, respectively.
