Ming (Charlie) Xu is currently the Head of Technology at Tencent Cloud North America & LATAM, where they focus on enterprise cloud adoption and cloud-native transformation. Previously, they held leadership positions in global IT at eBay and served as a solutions architect at PayPal, contributing to various facets of cloud and infrastructure services. Ming has a background in technical support from Microsoft and software engineering at HP. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Shanghai University and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Fudan University.
