Rick He

Rick Rick has extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving in Investment Finance at 腾讯 since November 2020. Prior to this role, Rick worked as a Manager in Transaction Service at 普华永道 from November 2015 to October 2020, focusing on financial due diligence for equity and assets transactions. Rick's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Auditor at EY from September 2014 to November 2015, where knowledge of PRC accounting and taxation, as well as international financial reporting standards, was developed. Rick began a career in auditing at Shanghai MYTS Accounting Firm from July 2012 to September 2014, conducting statutory audits for various companies. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in International Economics and Foreign Trade from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from Shanghai International Studies University, both earned between 2008 and 2012.
