Sangjun Park

SANGJUN PARK currently serves as the Country HR Manager for Korea at Tencent, leading the APAC HR team since June 2022, with responsibilities that include HR planning and operation, new ERP implementation, organizational management, evaluation, recruitment, compensation, and handling employee relations issues. Prior to this role, SANGJUN was a Senior Consultant at EY from November 2016 to June 2022, providing workforce advisory services on employee experience, organizational design, and HR system development. SANGJUN also held a position as a Talent Team Associate, focusing on people analytics, process development, organization development, and global mobility consulting. SANGJUN holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kyung Hee University, with a focus on English translation and business administration.
