Stephane Decroix

Stephane Decroix serves as the Head of Tencent Netherlands and leads the Tencent EMEA Management Committee since January 2024. Holding the position of VP and GM of Overseas Studios at Tencent Games since June 2022, Stephane also acts as Chairman of the Board for YAGER and Stunlock Studios, in addition to being a Board Member for Funcom and 10 Chambers. Prior experience includes Director of Overseas Studios Europe at Tencent (2019-2022) and Chief Development Officer at Starbreeze Studios (2018-2019). With a foundational background as an Executive Producer on Watch_Dogs at Ubisoft Montreal, Stephane Decroix earned a Master's degree from CentraleSupélec.
