Tracy Huang is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment management, and investor relations. Currently serving as the Director of M&A and Investment Company Management and the Director of Investor Relations and Global Communications at Tencent since August 2015, Tracy has honed expertise in strategic investment and stakeholder communication. Prior roles include Head of Investor Relations at Dongpeng Holdings from July 2014 to June 2015 and Equity Analyst for HK/China Metals & Mining at both Religare Capital Markets and Deutsche Bank from August 2008 to June 2014. Tracy holds an MSc in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Finance, both from the University of Glasgow.
