Yang Liu

Yang Liu has extensive experience in risk management, particularly within the fintech and analytics sectors. Since September 2015, Yang Liu has held leadership roles at Tencent, including Head of Risk Management for WeChat Pay Europe, overseeing transaction and merchant risk management along with anti-money laundering efforts. Prior to this, Yang Liu served as a Director of Risk Management at CFT Small Loan and as a Senior Modeling Engineer at Tencent, focusing on credit score modeling and consumer finance risk analysis. From March 2012 to August 2015, Yang Liu was a Senior Analytics Specialist at Opera Solutions. Academically, Yang Liu obtained a Master's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and a Bachelor's degree in Acoustics from Nanjing University.
