Yang Su

Yang Su is an accomplished data scientist with extensive teaching and research experience in economics and data science. At the University of Washington from September 2013 to September 2019, Yang served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Independent Instructor for economics courses and was nominated for the Excellence in Teaching Award. Yang also conducted research on investment behaviors using large datasets. After a fellowship with Correlation One, where Yang excelled in sentiment analysis and portfolio creation, and participation in The Data Incubator's immersive program, Yang worked as a Data Scientist at Afiniti, building machine learning models for telecom clients. Currently, Yang is a Senior Staff Data Scientist at Tencent, leading data science initiatives for popular mobile games, focusing on optimization and player experience through A/B testing and deep analytics.
