Yefeng Wang

Yefeng Wang is a Senior Research Scientist with over 10 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Data Mining, and Machine Learning. Having previously worked as a Senior Data Scientist at the Australian Taxation Office and as a Senior Analytics Engineer at AUSTRAC, Yefeng has developed machine learning systems for various applications, including identifying criminal activities and anti-money laundering efforts. Currently, at Tencent, Yefeng applies deep learning and NLP techniques to analyze user-generated content from social media platforms. Yefeng holds a PhD in Computational Linguistics and Machine Learning from the University of Sydney and has a solid foundation in statistical analysis and data manipulation.
