Claire Rush

Claire Rush is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people and culture leadership. Currently serving as People Lead at Tend Health Ltd since April 2020, Claire has previously held significant HR roles at Goodman Fielder, where responsibilities included North Island HR Business Partner for Supply Chain and Operations, HR Manager overseeing the employee life-cycle, and HR Advisor focusing on operations, supply chain, and finance. Additionally, Claire worked as an HR Advisor at Kemp Little LLP, a specialist technology law firm, and as a Human Resource Administrator at CBRE. Claire holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with honors in Strategic Management and Human Resource Management from The University of Waikato.
