Callum S. has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps engineering and cloud technology. Callum recently worked at Tendable as a Senior DevOps Engineer and previously at RavenTrack in the same role. Prior to that, Callum worked at Airwalk Reply as a Senior Cloud Consultant, where they led the adoption and integration of modern cloud technologies for clients with complex technical and organizational challenges. Callum also has experience as a DevOps Engineer at akoova and adzooma, where they automated AWS infrastructure and configuration using various tools and worked closely with developers to host websites and debug issues. Callum started their career at LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a DevOps Engineer, providing support for AWS infrastructure and automating services using Ansible. Callum also served as a Service Desk Analyst at LexisNexis and as a GILE Service Desk Engineer at XMA, where they provided technical support and managed users in various environments.

Prior to that, they attended Holgate School Of Arts from 2009 to 2011, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their formal education, Callum obtained several certifications. In February 2017, they received the ITIL Foundation 2011 certification from ITIL Certified. More recently, in December 2021, Callum obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Finally, in February 2022, they acquired the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification, also from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
