Tania Field

Tania Field currently serves as the Chair, Vice Chair, and Conference and Events Lead for the APMP ANZ Chapter since December 2021, while also functioning as the Principal Tender Specialist at Tender Plus since 2021. Previously, Tania was with Dexus from 2013 to 2021, holding key positions such as Operations and Proposal Manager, where significant contributions were made to the Central Place Sydney project, and Operations and Communications Manager, overseeing administrative functions for the Chief Investment Officer Group. Tania began professional experience at Origin Energy from 2010 to 2013 as Channel Manager and Strategic Internal Communication. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Commerce from the University of Sydney (2016-2018), a Diploma in Surface Design, and a Certificate III in Applied Colour and Design from the School of Colour and Design.
