Tender Retail, a division of Harris, has been optimizing retailers’ performance with its middleware payment solution since 1985. Tender Retail’s software and expertise have positioned its solution at the forefront of the highly complex payment industry.

Tender Retail was the first industry player to implement retail-level EMV chip card technology in Canada. Today, over 60% of Canadian retailers using integrated systems use Tender Retail technology. With US retailers now migrating to EMV and adding mPOS technology, Tender Retail has now been focused on an aggressive expansion plan into the US, and has been achieving tremendous growth. At the core of Tender Retail’s success is the recognition that every merchant is unique.

All our solutions are developed from the ground up, to integrate seamlessly into any retail infrastructure, regardless of transaction volume or legacy-system type. What’s more, all our applications are acquirer and PIN Pad agnostic and designed to stand the test of time. As the payment landscape evolves, our technologies will remain at the forefront – easily adaptable, exceptionally reliable, and dedicated to empowering merchants.
