Sarah Carpenter is the Head of Curriculum and Growth at Tender Education and Arts, bringing over ten years of experience in the education sector in Canada and the UK. Previously, they worked as an English Teacher at various schools, including a long-term position at Carlton Academy Trust. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Lethbridge. In their current role as PSHE Lead, they are responsible for curriculum planning, staff training, and quality assurance, having successfully implemented programmes that foster inclusivity and respect in schools.
