Lela Đokić

Lela Đokić is the current General Operations Manager at Tenderly. Lela has over two years of experience in Operations Management, and has previously worked as the Head of Operations and Finance at MVP Workshop, and as an Operations Manager at OriginTrail.

Đokić has a proven track record in building financial budgets and forecasts, managing people operations, and developing and documenting internal operational processes and procedures. Lela is skilled in reviewing and controlling company finances, analysts project profitability and project cost management, and has a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement.

Lela is a motivated individual who is always looking for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Lela is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, and is able to effectively manage both in-office and remote teams. Đokić is a critical thinker who is able to quickly identify and solve problems.

Lela Đokić has a Master's degree in Land Law and Economy from the University of Belgrade's Faculty of Civil Engineering. Lela also has a Bachelor of Science in Rural and Surveying Engineering from the same school. In addition, Lela Đokić is certified by Kahler Communications, Inc. in Discover PCM and by the IANLP International Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming in NLP Practitioner.
