Violeta Pap

Violeta Pap is the current Legal Manager at Tenderly. Violeta has held this position since July of 2022. Prior to that, they were a legal advisor at RT-RK from April of 2018 to July of 2022. In this role, they served as a labour law specialist for Serbian legislation and was responsible for handling 800 employees and 150 scholarship contracts. Additionally, they directly managed international employees who came for relocation to Serbia, oversaw the onboarding process for new members of the Legal department, and worked with the legislation regarding the company’s real estate.

Violeta Pap has a Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad, specializing in Labour and Employment Law. Violeta also has a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad, with a focus in Legal Studies, General. In addition, Violeta Pap has a certification in Psihopolis from the diploma in organizational transactional analysis, as well as a certification in ITAA - International Transactional Analysis Association in Transactional Analysis Certificate - Basic Level. Violeta also has a certificate in Global Legal English Ltd. in TOLES Certificate Level: Higher - Tests Of Legal English, and a certificate in Assertive Communication Skills from UBUNTU Center in Novi Sad.
