Tending Layers is here.

A talent management and social strategy studio. We help brands reach communities at the margins of modern culture, through creator partnerships and the strategy that sits behind them.

We believe culture is built underground first. That the most important work happens quietly, beneath the surface, in the slow building of trust between creators, communities and brands. We believe in care over noise, patience over performance, and the small daily acts of representation that build something stronger than any single campaign.

Our roster brings together creators living in alignment with who they are. Together they form a diverse ecosystem where difference strengthens the whole. For brands, this means reaching new audiences shaped by real lives, not algorithm-shaped personas.

Long-term. Care-centered. Ecosystem-led.
