Sofie Schnitzer

Sofie Schnitzer is a technology professional currently serving as the Head of IT and a Board Member at KTH AI Society since February 2025, while also working as a Frontend Developer. At Sweco, Sofie is involved in the Hej Tech-tjej mentorship program aimed at supporting girls and non-binary individuals in technology and innovation. Additionally, Sofie works as a Junior Analyst at Tendium, focusing on public procurement data analysis and ensuring AI-generated insights' quality. Previous experience includes a data analyst internship at Accenture, an educator at lululemon, a student brand ambassador at Homage Sthlm, and a data analytics associate at EY. Sofie holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering of Distributed Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Lund University, with additional coursework in graphic design and economics.
