Tendon Innovations Limited is a licensed electricity trading company focused on enabling reliable and efficient power delivery to Nigeria’s industrial and commercial sectors.

Licensed by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Tendon operates within the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI) to facilitate the purchase of electricity from generation companies and its delivery to large energy users through structured market arrangements and dedicated network infrastructure.

Our focus is on bridging generation capacity with productive demand by structuring commercially sustainable power supply solutions for industrial clusters, manufacturing facilities, and large commercial consumers.

Tendon collaborates with generation companies, transmission operators, regulators, and distribution partners to enable direct access to grid electricity through power purchase agreements, dedicated feeders, and independent distribution networks.

By improving the efficiency of electricity delivery to the productive sector, Tendon helps industries reduce reliance on self-generation while gaining access to more stable and cost-effective grid power.

Through strategic partnerships and disciplined market participation, the company aims to contribute to the modernization and efficiency of Nigeria’s electricity market while supporting industrial growth and economic development.

Tendon is committed to building a more reliable and commercially viable power market for Africa’s largest economy.
