Analytics Manager at TendoPay

Mark Tan has worked for three companies in the past decade. In 2022, they joined TendoPay as a Customer Success Lead. Prior to that, they worked for Sanly Corporation from 2019 to 2021 as an Operations Manager, responsible for daily operations for both leasing and trading businesses, as well as improving operational systems, processes and best practices. From 2011 to 2018, they were employed by Western Marketing Corporation, where they held two roles: Operations Planning Control Head, responsible for developing and training personnel to ensure continuous service and operational excellence, and Information Technology Analyst.

Mark Tan attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2009, they were an exchange student at the University of International Business and Economics, where they studied International Economics. In October 2021, they obtained a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera.
