Jim Strale

Jim Strale has over 7 years of work experience in data analysis and healthcare. Jim is currently working as a Senior Data Analyst at Tendo since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Developer at Rush University Medical Center from December 2022 to July 2023. Jim also served as a Senior Analyst at Change Healthcare from March 2021 to December 2022. Before transitioning into the field of data analysis, Jim worked as a Quality Coordinator at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center from March 2016 to March 2021, where they gained experience in maintaining continuous readiness for accreditation surveys and analyzing findings for presentation to leadership. Jim also worked as a Resolve App Team Lead at Chamberlin Edmonds from September 2014 to March 2016, successfully managing a team and reducing the hospital system's self-pay population.

Jim Strale completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Interdisciplinary Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012. In 2022, they obtained a Certificate in Data Science and Visualization from Northwestern University. Additionally, in April 2023, Jim obtained certifications in Clinical Data Model and Cogito from Epic.
