Mark Keller's work experience is as follows:
- CTO/Co-Founder at Tendrel since July 2022.
- Tech Advisor at 3Box Labs since July 2022.
- Served as SVP, Software Applications Platform at AppHarvest from July 2021 to July 2022. During this time, they were responsible for building the Software team, designing and building the mobile solution and cloud services for sustainable agriculture.
- Held the position of Engineering Leader at Amazon Web Services from October 2015 to July 2021. Mark led the productization and launch of the Work Spaces Streaming Protocol, served as the GM of AWS Service Catalog, and built the Service Catalog service and organization from scratch.
- Acted as GM, Platform, AWS Mechanical Turk and AWS GroundTruth at Amazon's Mechanical Turk from October 2017 to June 2019. Mark owned product management, engineering, and vision for AWS MTurk and the Human in the Loop aspect of the AWS GroundTruth technical platforms.
- Worked as a Senior Manager/Principal at Amazon from August 2012 to October 2015.
- Founded and served as President of Paradoxical Logic, Inc from February 2012 to August 2012. Mark designed an education solution for accelerated learning and managed the launch of an Accelerated Learning Mobile solution.
- Held the role of Senior Project Manager at Tigroup from September 2011 to February 2012. Mark managed multiple technology projects, was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, negotiations, project planning, risk mitigation, and release management.
- Director Application Development at Brightstar from June 2007 to October 2011. Mark defined the technology roadmap and successfully launched a $10 million JDE implementation.
- Senior Project Manager at Hubbard One from December 2006 to June 2007. Mark productized a business needs assessment service, implemented a business analysis process, and managed 10 concurrent projects.
Mark Keller attended Augustana College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Mark then pursued further education at the University of Iowa from 1993 to 1994, focusing on Computer Science. Prior to this, from 1986 to 1988, they also attended the University of Iowa and studied Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering.
