Tene | Strategic Offsites & Leadership Retreats in Nature
Tene is a high end destination in the northern Golan Heights. A distinctive setting for corporate offsites, leadership retreats and meaningful content gatherings.
Set within a private oak grove in Ein Zivan, Tene brings together refined architecture and open landscape. Forest light, clean air and expansive quiet create the conditions for clarity of thought, strong dialogue and high quality work.
The space is ideal for leadership teams, founders and organizations seeking to step out of routine into an environment that supports strategic thinking, alignment and cultural depth.
At the heart of Tene stands a circular architectural yurt with wooden floors and underfloor heating, designed for executive sessions and structured group processes. A lounge space, open decks and shaded forest seating areas allow conversations to continue fluidly between indoors and nature.
Offsites, retreats and curated gatherings are developed in alignment with each organization’s goals.
Multi day formats are supported through close collaboration with the adjacent holiday village, offering accommodation within walking distance.
Private bookings by reservation.
Tene also serves as a curated content provider for organizations and leadership teams
