David Ferrabee

David Ferrabee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change and communication. Currently serving as Managing Director of Change, Culture, and Engagement at Teneo since February 2018, David leads initiatives that enhance business performance through effective people management. Prior roles include Managing Director at Teneo, Co-Chair and Chairman of the Canada Memorial Foundation from 2011 to 2019, and Business Transformation, Organisational Culture and Change Director at Able and How. David's earlier career includes significant positions at Hill & Knowlton, Synopsis Communication Consulting, and Towers Perrin, focusing on internal communications and consultancy. David holds a BA in English Literature from Concordia University, a Certificat in Civilisation francaise from the University de Paris, Sorbonne, and a BA in Humanities from McMaster University, along with an education from Cranfield School of Management.
