Previously, James spent 10 years in Big 4 Consulting, including roles at Ernst & Young and Deloitte UK, where they concentrated on cybercrime and forensic data investigations. James analyzed digital storage devices for law enforcement and government agencies for over three years and holds a BSc Honours degree in Forensic Computing from the University of Central Lancashire, along with multiple forensic certifications.
