Julia H. currently serves as Managing Director of Executive Communications at Teneo, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership teams to craft integrated executive and brand social strategies that enhance corporate reputation. Prior to Teneo, Julia held multiple roles at eBay, including Global Social CX Lead and Head of Social Strategy, with a focus on social customer care, community engagement, and content strategy. Julia has also contributed to the academic field as a Student Advisor at the University of Southern California and held various positions in public relations and communications, managing high-profile accounts and brand activation campaigns at agencies such as Edelman and Kaplow Communications. Julia holds a BA in English Rhetoric, History, and International Studies from Binghamton University and an MA in Corporate Communication from Baruch College.
