Mike Cockson

Mike Cockson serves as the Senior Vice President of People Advisory at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm, since April 2023. Prior to joining Teneo, Mike held various leadership roles at Korn Ferry, including Vice President and Managing Consultant, specializing in executive search within Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales. Additional experience includes senior talent acquisition and recruitment positions at Staff Management | SMX, Jobplex, and the State of Missouri, where Mike achieved significant employment outcomes as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
