Neil Daugherty

Neil Daugherty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and sports advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Director at Teneo since January 2017, Neil leads the Sports sector and previously held leadership positions, including overseeing the Telecoms, Media & Sport sector group. Neil is also a Senior Independent Director and Board Trustee at London Youth Games since December 2018. Prior experience includes a Senior Managing Director role at Teneo Blue Rubicon, where Neil focused on strategy consulting for clients in Qatar, and a Managing Director position at Blue Rubicon in Qatar, specializing in reputation management for leading brands and governments. Neil's career began at Hill & Knowlton as a PR consultant, and Neil holds an MA Cantab in History & Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
