Raj Apte

Raj Apte is a seasoned financial advisory professional with extensive experience in restructuring and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director and European Coverage Leader for Financial Advisory at Teneo since February 2022, Raj specializes in advising companies, creditors, and shareholders in complex capital structure restructurings across Europe. Prior to Teneo, Raj was a Partner at EY from 2016 to 2022, where responsibilities included co-leading the Financial Restructuring Advisory for EMEIA and heading the restructuring for CESA. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Lazard, Morgan Stanley, and Allen & Overy, focusing on capital structure restructuring and advising on various finance transactions. Raj holds multiple legal qualifications and advanced degrees in law from notable institutions.
