Simon Pilkington

Simon Pilkington currently serves as Vice Chair at Teneo since January 2023. Prior to this role, Simon was a Partner at Tulchan Communications LLP from February 2018 to January 2023 and worked at JP Morgan Cazenove as Managing Director in Investment Banking from 2010 to June 2017, specializing in the UK Financial Institutions Group. Simon's extensive background includes positions as Managing Director and Head of European Banking equity research at Cazenove from 1999 to 2010, and Director at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers from 1997 to 1999, where Simon managed UK pension funds. Additionally, Simon was a Director at Threadneedle Asset Management from 1989 to 1997 and began a career as an Equity Research Analyst at Citigroup Scrimgeour Vickers from 1987 to 1989. Simon holds a B.Sc. in Management Science from The University of Manchester - Institute of Science and Technology, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
