Tressa McMaster has a diverse background in communications and membership coordination. They began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist and Bar and Lounge Staff at The Adelaide Club before serving as a Membership Coordinator at the Cambridge Group of Clubs from 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, Tressa held the role of Executive Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of Ireland Canada until 2020. They further enhanced their expertise through a Strategic & Corporate Communications Internship at Teneo in 2021, followed by positions as Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant. Currently, Tressa is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History at Carleton University after obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College in 2021.
