Between 2007 and 2017, John worked at FlowTraq, where they served as both a Senior Researcher and the Director of Professional Services, focusing on network security and customer interactions. Their prior roles include a Research Associate at Dartmouth College, where they conducted postdoctoral research in insider threat analysis using machine learning techniques, following their PhD in Engineering Sciences (Robotics) from the same institution. John’s educational background also includes a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from West Virginia University.
