Benjamin Greenberg

Ben Greenberg currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Tenet Equity, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Ben was Senior Counsel for Real Estate at Carvana from January 2021 to December 2022, and served as Senior Counsel at Karavas Kiely Schloss & Whitman LLP from June 2019 to December 2020. Ben also operated their own practice as Attorney/Owner at the Law Office of Benjamin M. Greenberg between May 2017 and June 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Discovery Land Company from 2013 to April 2017 and working as an Attorney at Snell & Wilmer from 2007 to 2013. Ben Greenberg obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2007, a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 2006, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UC San Diego in 2003.
