Matthew Hoffman is the Managing Director and Global Head of Trading at Cerberus Capital Management, a position held since 2016. Previously, they served as a Senior Trader and Analyst in the Distressed Debt and Special Situations group at Morgan Stanley from 2005 to 2016. Matthew also worked as a Design Engineer at CME Associates from 2002 to 2005 and currently holds a board member position at Tenet Equity since 2022. They earned a BS in Civil Engineering and Economics from Lafayette College, graduating in 2002.
