Brad Needham has been working at Teng Inc. since March 2013, holding the positions of Construction Manager and Construction Section Head. Brad is currently seconded to Suncor. In May 2023, Brad transitioned to Suncor as a Project Engineer and served as the Construction Lead for Western Terminals until October 2023. Brad Needham holds a Master's degree in Geology/Earth Science from The University of Waikato and has also completed WSET Level 3 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
