Co-Founder & CEO at Tenna

Austin Conti is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tenna, a company that specializes in construction and project management. Prior to founding Tenna, Austin worked for The Conti Group for seven years, serving in various roles including business development, project operations, project estimating, and project development. Austin has deep project management experience within the civil infrastructure, power, and environmental construction sectors and has interacted with field operations as well as corporate management. Austin's operational responsibilities have included international and project finance.

During their time with The Conti Group, Austin worked on the Accra Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Drainage Alleviation Project in Accra, Ghana. This design-build project was aimed at improving the drainage and sewer systems in the Accra Metropolitan Area with the primary focus of work being within the designated flood zone in the Odaw Basin to alleviate the frequent flooding and improve sanitary conditions. Flooding in the Odaw Basin has impacted the Korle Lagoon to create “one of the most polluted bodies of water on earth,” according to PBS. Austin was responsible for securing Export-Import Bank Financing, Value for Money Analysis, and official correspondence with various Governmental Ministries.

Austin also worked on the Radio Island Bridge project in Beaufort, NC. This project included the construction of a new fixed-span high-rise bridge over Gallants Channel to eliminate congestion.

Austin Conti received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General with an Entrepreneurship Concentration from Babson College.
