John Tracey

John is a highly experienced Chairman, Non-Executive Director and Coach. An engineer, he has 30 years experience as a Venture Capital investor in international technology companies headquartered in Ireland. He was CEO of Trinity Venture Capital from 1997 to 2014. He is a director, past and present, of over 30 companies, including two listed public companies. He was responsible for investments in over 30 companies; three IPO’s; and the sale of over 20 companies to US, UK, Israeli and European buyers. He has proven expertise, at Board level over the past 30 years, in raising equity; developing management teams; assisting companies to solve problems/accelerate growth; and the successful sale/IPO of businesses. He currently works as an adviser to a number of high potential companies.
