Paul Letsche is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in testing and machine integration. Currently, Paul serves as the Principal Machine Integration Lead at Tennant Company, a position held since July 2014, with a progressive career at the same company that includes roles as Principal Test Engineer, Senior Test Engineer, Test and Reliability Engineering Supervisor, and Test Engineer. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Test Engineer at John Deere from May 2009 to July 2014. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
