Mark Schroeder is an accomplished Engineering Supervisor and Program Manager with extensive experience in new product launch, program management, and mechanical engineering. They have held various roles at Alcoa, including Product Development Engineer and Program Launch Manager, where they effectively managed product strategies and team leadership across multiple regions. Currently, at Tenneco Corporation, Mark leads the development of exhaust after-treatment systems while also supervising a team to implement new technologies. With a solid educational background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and Manufacturing Technology from Wayne State University, Mark is recognized for their detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
