Michael Bugbee

Michael Bugbee serves as Vice President and General Manager for Powertrain Americas at Tenneco since May 2017, following a successful tenure that includes roles such as Executive Director, Sales, and Commercial Director for Clean Air & Powertrain. Notably, Michael managed the divestiture of Tenneco's Global Lighting business, leading all operations across multiple countries including Brazil and Mexico. Prior to Tenneco, significant experience was gained at Federal-Mogul Powertrain over 16 years, culminating in the role of Director of International Trade, alongside various positions in customer financial services and credit management. Early career experience includes an internship at Delphi. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration from Michigan State University and an MBA from Walsh College.
