Ming Pei has extensive experience in test engineering and management, with a career spanning from 2005 to the present. Currently serving as Director of Test Engineering at Tenneco since September 2023, Ming previously held the position of Testing Manager for Friction at Federal-Mogul Corporation from July 2012 to October 2023, and was a Senior Testing Manager for Friction at Federal-Mogul Motor Parts during the same period. Prior to that, Ming worked as a Senior Test Engineer and a Test Engineer at Federal-Mogul and Shanghai Sachs Huizhong respectively. Ming holds a Master of Engineering in Quality Management from Tongji University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
