Reinaldo Satim

Reinaldo Satim has been with Tenneco since July 1995, holding positions from operador to lider de produção, and currently serves as lider de manutenção. With extensive experience in production leadership within the machining sector, Reinaldo's responsibilities have involved overseeing CNC lathes, automated machines, manual and CNC grinding, thermal treatment processes, and galvanoplasty. Reinaldo holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Unifeob and has completed technical studies in information systems and mechanical engineering at Fundação Educacional Guaçuana and ETE Pedro Ferreira Alves, respectively.
