Ryan Candela

Ryan Candela is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Tenneco. Previously, Ryan held several positions within Tenneco, including Senior Manager for Global Talent Acquisition focused on Clean Air and Powertrain and Talent Acquisition Manager for North America. Prior to Tenneco, Ryan worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at LER TechForce and as a Senior Headhunter at Movement Search & Delivery. Additionally, Ryan has experience in management as the Assistant General Manager and Interim General Manager at Sanctuary Lake Golf Course. Ryan holds a degree from Oakland University, attended from 2008 to 2013, and graduated from Orchard Lake St. Mary's Preparatory between 2004 and 2008.
