Simon Clare

Simon Clare is a CEng professional currently serving as the Global AME Director at Tenneco since 2022, where they lead manufacturing strategy, technology planning, and productivity improvements across multiple locations. Previously, Simon held various roles at Rolls-Royce from 2011 to 2014, focusing on business implementation and strategic change management. They also contributed to Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK Ltd from 2008 to 2011, advancing through engineering positions. Simon has a First Class Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Engineering with Automotive Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, where they are still pursuing their studies.
